Our statutory consultation on the detailed proposals is now closed. We would like to thank everybody who took the time to visit our virtual and public exhibitions and gave us their feedback. You can continue to access all the information through this website.
The statutory consultation gave the opportunity to examine the plans and provide your comments / responses for consideration by Pennant Walters and the project team before the Development of National Significance (DNS) application was finalised. The application was then submitted to Planning and Environment Decisions Wales (PEDW) for consideration before being determined by Welsh Ministers.

We held 3 public exhibitions so that people could find out more and discuss the proposals with members of the project team and to view the photomontages. The events were:

If you were unable to attend the in-person public exhibitions, we also have a virtual exhibition, with the option of listening to the text whilst viewing the boards.
Alternatively, the exhibition boards are also available to view as downloadable PDFs which can be made larger or smaller according to personal preference.
